AnyGym / Gym access control
Gym access control where the door knows who has paid
Most gyms own a biometric machine but still check memberships by hand. AnyGym connects the door to your membership records, so access follows payment automatically.
How it works
- A member signs up with a selfie and a liveness check.
- You approve — or a successful payment approves automatically.
- Their face is enrolled on your terminal in minutes, with their membership's start date, end date and allowed hours.
- On the last day, the device shows a renewal reminder. After expiry, the door stays closed until they renew — no awkward conversation at the desk.
Stop the common leaks
- Members training for weeks after expiry
- Buddy entry on someone else's card or fingerprint
- Off-hours access outside a member's plan
- Manual errors when staff add or remove users on the device
Built on the Cams cloud
Devices connect outbound to the Cams Biometrics cloud, so there is no public IP or router configuration. Entry and exit logs flow back into AnyGym in real time, and the door keeps working on its stored rules if the internet drops.
Privacy by design
Face data is used only to open doors the member has allowed, never sold, and removed from a gym's device when that member's access ends. Members can delete their data from the app at any time.
Questions
What happens if the internet goes down?
Access rules (validity dates and hours) are stored on the device, so the door keeps working offline and logs sync when the connection returns.
Can members enter with fingerprint or card instead of face?
Yes, if your terminal supports them. Face is the default because members can enrol remotely with a selfie.
Can I allow access only at certain hours?
Yes. Each plan or package can carry its own allowed hours — for example women-only hours or off-peak plans.
