- The door enforces memberships — set start and end dates and allowed hours; expired members are stopped politely at the door.
- Renewals and receipts — link your own payment gateway; reminders and receipts go out by themselves.
- Messages on the device — expiry reminders, birthday and anniversary wishes appear on screen as members walk in.
- Packages and offers — sell monthly, quarterly and personal-training packages in the app.
What it costs
The gym software is free. AnyGym earns only when visitors from the AnyGym network train at your gym or buy your packages through the app: you keep 90%, paid weekly with a visit-by-visit statement.
Works with the machine you already have
If your biometric terminal is ZKTeco-compatible, it connects through the Cams Biometrics cloud — no public IP, no port forwarding, no local PC. You can also use the GymBio34 terminal from Cams Biometrics.
Questions
Is the gym software really free?
Yes. Member management, renewals, payments through your own gateway and door access cost nothing. AnyGym takes 10% only of payments from network visitors or packages sold through AnyGym.
Do I need to enter members on the biometric machine?
No. Members enrol themselves with a selfie; once approved they are pushed to your device automatically, and removed or blocked when their membership ends.
Can I keep using my existing payment gateway?
Yes. Link your own gateway and payments for your own members go straight to you.
